Software update required for 5G on M52

The above attached screenshot shows that 5G software update is required to access 5G services. When such update will be released?

Same, the problem is others brands are not showing 5G in network settings with the same problem, while in samsung we have 5G network in settings still it is not working.

Even iphone have this issue and have to change it through OTA updates.

Even i m facing the same issue. I got reply from samsung please visit nearest service center. Even airtel web site shows some devices of Samsung needs software update from manufacturer. Then also samsung suggest to visit service center. They should solve this issue from there end.

I have just resert my m52 phone and after resert all my old settings and os udpats earesd can i recover and how please tell

Before factory reset try to retain back up of data. Not sure whether you can download updates on OS.
