I am facing same issue with my M31s mobile, please help to resolve this issue. Samsung care suggested to replace motherboard but my handset out of warranty, i have raised issue to consumer forum and Samsung agree to give 25% discount but I need 100% discount to replace the mother board . Please do the needful,
