Samsung M series is one of the most latest phone of samsung. Then why is it so that all the beta tests are given to samsung S series. No update has heen given after One Ui 2. Other devices has even got One Ui 2.5. Then why not M series ?

Reason No 1. Flagship have select modal but M series have a lot of modals, So to take feedback from all the M series, S Series and Note series and work on that is too difficult and complicated.
2. If M series start receiving all the perks of Flagship devices why will people buy flagship phone's?
3. M series phone's have Core UI which is basic version of One UI and have less features and that means less bugs (vo baat alag hai ke bugs ka badhaah hai samsung) compared to Full one UI of Flagship devices.
4. It's easy for samsung to port Full One UI (tested on flagship devices) to M series Core UI rather than Vice versa.

M series won't get ONE UI 2.5, only eligible modals will get ONE UI 3.0 directly.

Yes M21 will definitely get One UI 3.0 (Android 11) in Q1 2021.

I'm concerned because I'm using M21 which is released ln 18 March, still it is not having any updates and devices folder from it are getting all the updates..

You should try updating with Smart Switch. Because it's weird that in last 5 months you haven't received any update. or you can visit Service Center.

I have.. currently I am running om One UI 2 and last update was on 29 july and my security patch is 1 july 2020
