Why does Samsung only provide software updates once? I've been waiting for the Galaxy M30 software update for a long time.

M30 is in biannual update schedule so it'll get 2 updates in a year....

Or visit service center there they'll flash the latest software....

M30s was launched on Android 7..
And it got android 8 and 9..

I have M305F android 9.
