Software Update Issue

Today Morning I have downloaded the New Software Update - Android 11 which was prompted by my Device - Samsung Galaxy M31.
But after I downloaded the Software & completed the Installation, my phone is going to my login screen.

Then it is asking for PIN but after entering the PIN, my phone is showing as "starting android" & then "installing application" but nothing is happening.

Again it is restarting & nothing is happening.  Again asking for PIN.

All My Important Apps & Data are in my Phone.

PLEASE HELP ME ASAP.

Got the same issue here. After restarting it also starts again with ‘completing system update’, I have seen it around 50% completion, but after that at 10%. Doesn’t seem right to me. (Model M21)

I contacted the customer service and they advised me to do a soft-reset. This worked for me and completed the update. Soft-reset is pressing 10 seconds simultaneously on the power button and volume down button.
