Smsung M30s Facing strucking problems

While using apps on this phone, it is hanging and restarts after few minutes automatically.

I don't know why it is  happening. So much ram and internal memory is there.i am always clearing catch files too.

Can any help this issue?

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the hanging issue:
> Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
> Ensure 20% of internal memory of device is free (Scroll down notification panel > Setting > Device care> storage).

> If device hangs in any particular application/game then clear cache memory of that application (Settings>apps> tap on that app>storage>clear cache)

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the auto restart issue:

> Please ensure that auto restart option is turned off (Step: Settings >Device Care or Maintenance>More> Auto restart
> Sometimes 3rd party apps may also cause the Auto restart issue so check your device in Safe mode.

> Check the availability of software update in your device
