Seperate app sound feature is not working in my galaxy m21 and m31s handsets.
Is it with me only or others also experience this problem?

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

* Check device volume settings if its full or not.

 

* Check mute all sound option
Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Disable Mute all sounds (if enabled).
