My device have not knox security sysrem.  Please tell me how can I get it.

No you can not get brother knox not only software its also part of hardware so this hardware its lack in m21 you can't get knox bro for more detail check below link

Knox is related to hardware + software.. So not possible for your device.

if you want knox security you have to buy A series.
