Secure folder

In my m51, the secure folder does not respond.  When I went the password and click on done it did nothing.  I also forgot the password, how do I reset it

If you have forgetten your Secure Folder passcode you can easily reset it through your Samsung Account. Simply launch your Secure Folder.

Tap on Forgot pattern. ...

Select Reset.

Re-enter your Samsung Account password then tap OK.

Select your preferred Lock type then enter in your new passcode.
