Screen time issue

Today morning I randomly say my screen time it shows i have used telegram for 18 mins (it is specific) at midnight 12 am to 1 am. But at that time i didn't use it. Then i checked the number of TIMES OPENED it shows zero. A long before i got the same issue with Pinterest app at that time it shows 24hrs a hole day but i didn't open that app not even a single time that day. What it could be ? Is it a glitch or my mobile got hacked. I can't able to find the reason. If you know help me out.
