How to do the screen recording in M31. Game launcher did not support Instagram for screen recording. Any solution?

i have an issue which after the new android update whenever i am trying to screen record my gameplay my gameplay is lagging like the fps is dropping to 10 fps...before screen recording its showing 60 fps....i never had this issue until the new update...pls help me out
