Screen Not Turning off

My Samsung galaxy m11 phone is not Turning off even after locking my phone. But while it's on charging it's working normally. But when it's not on charging it's screen is always awake.

no apps installed in phone expect that comes with phone

I suggest you to use your mobile in safe mode atleast 1hr.
