Hi.
I brought Samsung Galaxy M51 a week before from Amazon. After three days, I'm facing screen fade issue in dark mode while scrolling anything in my mobile example in recent apps and in setting page also in notification drop down wher ever I drag some thing I can see a blue shade like applying paint in paint brush. Later I raised issue to Amazon, and a technician spoke with me for more than 45 mins and he guide me to rest phone but its face the same problem and they replaced another Samsung Galaxy M51 within two days. After receiving I try confirm whether is this phone also have same issue. Unexpectedly found same issue in this phone and again raise compliant in Amazon then they arrange a technicians visit. Mean while I reach Samsung customer care via phone call, she advice me to put me in safe mode for 20 mins and to double check any software update is available. I did later i faced same issue. After two days a guy came saw and he did factory reset. Still found same issue and he showed is Samsung Galaxy M31, to find whether same able find in his phone. He also shocked that after I showed the same issue in his phone which he is using his phone for the past one month.

My point is its not big deal but all Samsung phone having same issue i think so after seeing another model Samsung Galaxy M31. I would like to know whether its a software issue or any screen issue. Because this can be identify in low brightness that too in dark mod. For your reference Im attaching a slow motion video and also pic.

Kindly check and let me know the possibility..
