Hi, I woul like to share some issues facing in my m53 .
1 - touch response improvement required as sometime need to touch twice on any option or back button.
2- since 3 days my phone doesn't getting charge many times as it shows fast charging instead of super fast charging with my 25watt charger which purchased from samsung.
For the same I visited service center at Mumbai Andheri west branch where they didn't find any problem. But I told them to format my mobile so they done the same. But after that I am facing heating issue and charging issue remains same(not regularly).
I am planning to visit again at service center, let see what solution I get from there.
It would be difficult to troubleshoot if you may not be able to properly shut it down because the screen won’t respond but don’t worry as long as the screen is not broken you can always expect it to be a firmware issue.
There are a couple of steps I want to share with you here.
-Perform the Forced Restart your Galaxy M53 -Do the Master Reset on your phone Wait for your smartphone to finish rebooting. Now set up your Galaxy M53 as a new device. I hope your problem is solved.
