Samsung m52 5g update bug issue ( failed to play voicemail)

Please find attached screenschot of an bug comes with an new update of android 13, issue is that Unable to play the call record from call log , it shows an error while playing of callrecord that (failed to play voicemail.)

Please resolve this issue asap
