Samsung m30s camera issue , and no one is helping.

Facing lot of issues with samsun M30s mobile camera,  it is too slow and lagging . If i click a photo it takes 10seconds to get ready for another shot. Its hell of annoying,  video shows the proof , also camera frequenntly get failed without  ajy reason . Have updated to latest version of software  , checked in boot mode also , done everything possible  but the issue is still not resolved. Same has been Communicated many times with customer care but no solution till now. Attached is the proof. And software details.

you should not had to upgrade it to android 10...its because of bugs...no use of factory reset...wait for some days Samsung will be giving next update with removed bugs

remove all camera apps espect system camera

there are no any third party camera app. only system camera available.

Be assure below steps will solve the issue regarding lagging issue:-

1. Check space availability:- Path: Settings > Device Care >Storage,
2. Check app cache:- Settings >Device care>Storage>CLEAN NOW.
3. Close background apps.
4. Remove third party apps: settings > Apps > Uninstall.
5. Remove memory card.
6. Check app cache:- Settings >Device care>Storage>CLEAN NOW.

 

If issue still persist please do send the log file via, Samsung member > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports > Select Symptom category. So that we can provide you the better assistance.(Note:-You are requested to send it within 15 minutes of problem occur).
