I don't think so because as far as I know android 11 requires at least 3GB RAM to run.

Yes maybe, but there are 2 GB RAM variants as well, and they cannot release update on just some of the devices depending on variants I think.

Nah bro my A10 is 2gb ram and got android 11 update . M02 didn't get update :(
