When I check my Samsung Galaxy M31 from the Samsung Members app, it shows me that the battery is in a weak state, and when I use other programs, it shows me that the battery is very good and there is no problem with it. What is the solution??

يظهر لي عندما أقوم بفحص جهازي سامسونج جالاكسي m31 من تطبيق أعضاء سامسونج انه حالة بطارية ضغيفة وعندما اقوم باستخدام برامج أخرى يظهري لي انه بطارية جيد جدا ليس بها مشكلة ما الحل ؟؟

the m31 is a pretty old model, and if the official app shows you there is an issue, and you star noticing quick draining with Battery and slow charging, then it's advised to take it to a Samsung store and replace the battery, or if possible upgrade your phone to a newer model! to enjoy more of the latest features and updates 🙏
