It's just simple bro, connect 2 bluetooth devices, play a song, and drop down a notification panel. There, you will find media output option, select both devices from there, and enjoy loud music.. boom boooomm...

Dual audio is different than what you are thinking. It will let you use phone speaker and Bluetooth audio at the same time depending on the apps you are using and listed in separate audio. I am using two devices on Sony speakers sometime as Steoreo Mode or in party mode(more than two) due to speakers feature. It does not have anything to do with smartphone. It is due to working principles of bluetooth and security so that someone cannot intercept the signal(quite long to explain, it is just glimpse of bluetooth protocols).
