Samsung One ui 4.1 bug & LTE + carrier Aggregation not supported

After one ui 4.1 installed this problem happen withme which is also happening eith the others

Peoples 

1 . samsung F41 network issue

2 LTE+ CARRIER AGGREGATION not available please ota update to enable

3 battery drain fast

4 slow charging issue

These are the issue that wre are facing after update 

Our phone . I hope samsung fix this issue as soon as possible
