- Shutdown your phone
- Hold volume down + power button until Samsung logo appears
- the a menu should come, use volume down button to go down or up button to go up
- go down to "Wipe cache partition"
- use power button as enter button and select "Yes"
- "Wipe cache partition successful" this should come
- go back and reboot system now
