Samsung M51 phone is dead just by falling down. What's is exchange value? how to backup Samsung data to the new Samsung or any mobile?

OK buddy now tell me which phone is best under 50K plz enlighten me When I find all Samsung under 25K to 50K mostly have same features except processor and few minor changes if I'm not wrong if that's not the case then plz tell me what 's your opinions

If you are talking only about Samsung devices then M52 is a good option but now I wouldn't spend more than 20k for that device cause it's almost an year old and got its last Android OS upgrade and during Amazon sale some people got it around 19k.

OK so if Samsung said 2 yrs OS updates assured then does this mean there is no room for one more yr OS update?? 🤔 coz I have seen Xiaomi gives extra OS update for their older models even after finishing their committed OS update Will they completely abandon it after 2yrs OS update and then only give Security update for nxt 2 yrs??? Plz tell I'm new to samsung

Well I had a31 which got only 2 OS upgrade and a30s which just got 1 OS upgrade,so I don't think samsung will give more than what is promised .

😔 well then next month I will receive one yr update in my M33 and then I get my last update on android 14 probably till One UI 6.0 😭 this is pity it would have been nics if Samsung assured till android 15(OneUI 7.0) 😅 coz I planning to use this phone for 4yrs atleast 🥲

I think every one forgot about my question.. 🤔😣 my phone M51 is totally dead and what is the exchange value I went to service center they told some small display pin is not working so that everything should replace it cost around 20K. 

Also I'm waiting for M54 not sure when it'll be available. Until then I'm using very basic phone🙄

Dead android mobile exchange value will be below 500rs that also offline value and don't spend 20k on repair just buy a non samsung phoned
