Samsung M31s Irritating sound while using botha wired/wireless headset.

I am facing a very very irritating issue of irritating continuous sound(Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr) comes every time I connect my phone on a wired or wireless headset. And after some research, I found that I am not the only one who is facing this issue it's there in every M31s unit and they are all facing the same issue right from the first day. And even after two updates, it's not solve come on Samsung I mean seriously don't ruin your brand image like this. This irritating issue ruining my whole phone experience. Please please fix this stupid issues AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!

Please be assured and to resolve sound issue kindly follow below given steps:-

1. Disconnect all accessories and remove any third-party case form your phone and check device volume settings if its full or not.

2. Reset the device:- Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.

If the issue still persist, kindly visit your nearby service center for the physical inspection of your device. You can search for the nearby service center from given link:-
