Samsung M30s reboot problem

My samsung M30s is continuously rebooting and atleast 6 times a dayI,have tried the options like setting auto restart to off and auto optimization to off but nothing worked for me.plz let me know if any one had a solution on this

i am facing this problem since 8 days now, keep mobile on medium power mode that will help a bit , and please report this issue to samsung by going to get help - send feedback do tick send log files ,samsung released update yesterday 104mb i updated my phone yesterday but didnt solve the issue i have also tried factory reset that too didnt help.

please take your mobile backup and then update your mobile and make hard reset or factory reset

I had this restart and crash issue. I have done this step and my restart stopped and crashed stopped.

1) Settings --> Wallpaper --> Wallpaper services --> Select as None. 

2) Settings --> Device care --> click on : (three dots) --> Advanced --> Auto restart off.

Restart Phone once.
