Galaxy Mso you first remove all fingerprints then register the fingerprint and still the issue continues then add the same fingerprint twice or thrice which will help in speeding up the fingerprint unlock.Else try factory reseting your device.And if still the problem dosent get solved then kindly visit customer care centre.

Ye samasya kaii M series customers ke sath ho rahi hai aap tension na le latest firmware update se ye samsya chali jayegi.Aap ka smartphone m30s ek bar me 4 alag alag fingerprints save kar sakta hai to aap sabse pehle saare fingerprints remove kar do aur vapas se register karo aur agar fir bhi fingerprint unlock lag ho raha hai to aap same fingerprint do ya teen bar register karo jo aapke smartphone ka fingerprint unlock tejj kar dega.Aur agar fir bhi ye problem solve nahi hoti to aap aapka device reset kariye aur fir se fingerprints register kariye.Aur ye do cheeze karne ke baad bhi agar problem solve nahi hoti to aap customer care centre me jaake apka mobile check karvaiye.

To resolve "fingerprint" issue kindly follow the given below steps:-
1. Try after register a new fingerprint. To register a new fingerprint:-
Settings> Bio metric and security>Fingerprints > Continue > Set secure screen lock > Start with center.
2. Reset the device and before resetting the device make sure to create backup of your device via Smart Switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite
Settings > General Management > Reset.
After Performing the troubleshooting steps if the issue still persists, kindly get back to us with additional information- Error log File, Video or Screen-shots. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
