Samsung M30 restarts automatically

My Phone Samsung M30 hangs and then restarts automatically on a daily basis. On restarting, the SAMSUNG logo appears for at least 10-15 minutes,  only after which I am able to access my home screen.
I also did a factory data reset on my phone twice, turned off the auto-restart/ optimization but I am facing the same difficulty.

Try flashing the latest firmware available in sammobile website for your device. Or do a hard reset from recovery mode.
