I have been searching this for nearly 5 months. My phone send unauthorized sms to related number on subject- +919560345888. I searched it, many users live same situation, and some users though this number belongs to Samsung India. The main problem is these sms messages cause charging money. So, I hope Samsung may help.
Before start, Google it. Many results exist. I tried all and writing latest point here now. I start from beginning- new fresh start which is calling "Resetting Factory Setting & Delete everything". If you are still thinking this is a virus and it will be gone when you reset your phone, you are probably in Wonderland.
I talk operator and Samsung Customer Care. Operator has no responsibility on this. If you live same, do not talk with them. Cause you can not prohibit sending sms the number, there is no option like this. Your operator can not do that cause they have no option like this too. Accep it, It is about your phone. Talk with Samsung Customer Care. Cause there is a unauthorized sms send to related number. You do not see the message or there is no question received from user.
Here is the latest point, i m: As Customer Care Services said: I download the Samsung Member app from Galaxy Store. Not from Google Play - you probably will not see it in results.
Then follow:
1) On app opening screen tap "+" button on right bottom corner.
2) Then tap "Bug reports" - it has "!" symbol if your langauge different.
3) Scroll and go down. There will be "Calling / Messages". Tap it.
4) Write the number and explain the problem as you paste it. For users like me i put it belove:
"Dear Sir or Madam, I have been living unwanted situation There are some unauthorized messages sent from my Samsung phone to the number +919560345888. Can you please help me to stop sending this messages? This situation charged money to me."
