Samsung Galaxy M34 not receiving any update

I have recently purchased Samsung galaxy M34. This phone has ONE UI 6 with Android 14 update already released but it's not being captured by my device it stuck with August month security patch. The question is why many users with this device doesn't getting the update? As it's already released in December.
