Samsung Galaxy M33 5G One UI 6.0

Dear Samsung Team,

This is regarding the latest software update error.

After i updated the phone to the latest version of Android 14 with One UI 6.0 update.

The home screen and swipe up to app drawer function is not working at all.

I am getting error and unable to use any app from app drawer.

Please share some fix as this is my daily driver phone and i need this to be fixed as soon as possible.

I m also facing this issue but I have updated terms and conditions samsung accout and I use other third party launchare for 15 minute and it's automatically fix the issue

And samsung one ui home clear cache and data or force stop the application

If didn't the you hard reset or factory data reset it'll resolve your problem I think some of apk that u downloaded from other sources cause problem like good lock application that is not updated to one ui 6.0 so uninstall and reinstall them it helps

After the update one of my sim slot not working....i did everything but still the same problem persists

Remove the Sim card tray clean Sim card and the tray with dry microfiber cloth and then reinsert it with proper alignment.
I think this will help resolve the issue.
