My mobile starts hanging and logging. It often starts misbehaving. It itself touches elsewhere on touch screen. I have to power off and on my device. I rather tried to restart my device but it doesn't solve my issue.

Dude, I also faced this issue.

Actually what happened is some of the Galaxy M32 has the bad touchscreen which doesn't even work properly

So the issue is with your touchscreen, Try to visit service centre and replace the touchscreen.

Even I too faced the issue, it irritates a lot - App opens automatically - Touches elsewhere automatically
This will definitely solve 101% your problem.
