Samsung Galaxy M21 Automatically getting switched off

For swicting on , we need to plug the charger and then only switch on.

2 month back I have purchased and this is a very potential problem for M21 6Gb ram and 128 Gb

Any body knows the solution Pl help.

I have the same problem of auto-restart, and sometimes the device freezes.

I followed what you suggested and installed a Samsung Members app, and sent a report, including log files within 15 minutes of the event. And guess what? I got a reply, which gives the same suggestions as yours, and a few others like uninstall apps which might be giving trouble, run in safe mode, do a hard reset, etc. etc., which I had already tried without success. Finally, it says, if this does not work, go to a service centre.

So what did they do with the log files I sent? There is no comment on them, no inference made, because the solutions they suggest are the stock solutions which I already got from several places. The experts in possession of log files should be able to say something more concrete about the problem.

I am also facing this exact same problem in my M21. I want to know...your M21 problem is solved?  if yes what I have to do to fix this issue? Is it a software or hardware issue?

I have two m21 I have the same issue. phone permanently switches off and turns on after some time.
I have m31 which doesn't have any issues.
Both of my m21 has the same problem. i think this is a severe software problem or a battery issue of the model.

My galaxy m21 also switches and off . I bought it 10 months ago. It's giving problems even after reset. Stop giving such defective pieces to customers Samsung. Cheap phones perform better than this
