Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
> Clear the cache of the keyboard (Settings>>apps>>keyboard>>storage>>clear cache).
> Perform the reset settings of the device (setting>>general management>>reset>>reset setting).
>Run the device in Safe mode and check the issue.
