Samsung Cloud to One Drive Transition

Lately, Samsung has been pushing out notifications that certain features of Samsung Cloud will no longer be available to users post 01 June 2021. They are asking users to move their data to One Drive. But after logging in to One Drive, I am not able to sync my accounts and I keep receiving the message, Accounts couldn't be connected / synced.

Are there other users facing this same issue as well? Has anyone found a way to resolve this issue?

try logging in using chrome or pc and move ur data

Nope. My data gets synced very well. In fact I prefer onedrive.
hope you have logged into your onedrive account correctly . If not log out and login and try

go to my files and see if your ondrive folder is visible

one drive is not visible in my files section. I went to settings > accounts > samsung cloud drive and from there it took me to one drive login screen for account syncing process

it should also show in your files network section. is it possible for you to remove and add one drive again and configure
