After using Samsung M21 for one year, my phone started freezing and restarting automatically continuously.
I guess, I'm not the only one who's facing these issue.

Try resetting it, it may help

But usually and unfortunately all these problems indicate towards motherboard issue. Please visit samsung service center. Hopefully if it's just within your warranty they may help you without any cost

I'm also facing this same issue in M21, due to security patch update issue, service centre staff informed me to change motherboard for this issue it cost around 5500, eventhough I filed a complaint in forum, but they told ur mobile is out of warranty u need to pay that amount. Most of M series and A series users facing this problem.

That is the point,
As soon as warranty period over ,these problems start.
It's hardware problems.
