My samsung galaxy M21 is restarting again and again,when i went to coustomer service centre they are asking me to replace motherboard.anyone else is facing this issue?

Yep, all phone having exynos 9611 has the restarting issue,
If ur device is under warranty than cost of the motherboard is free.
Otherwise, they will charge you huge amount of money.
They charged me 9800 rs. For my m31s

This is the draw back in m series phones Nd the company is not taking any interest till solve the issue as they have receives their money and wish to sell more phone. By giving g poor quality produ ts like series how ever their other series are very God and stable and those series agave and give you full paisa vasool service

Yeah. My mobile is m21, I am facing same issue. Service guys told me, freeze and restart problem will be stop if I change motherboard.

Iam also having same issue of my m21 i used my phone for 15 days in power saving mode now my m21 running very good with all apps that i want

There are two methods to disable the auto-restart function
Method 1

Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on General management.
Step3: Tap on Reset.
Step4: Disable Auto restart (if enabled).
Step5: Auto-restart disabled.

Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Go to "Settings"
Step2: Tap on "Battery and device care"
Step3: Tap on Three dots
Step4: Tap on "Automation"
Step5: Disable "Auto-restart at set times" if enabled

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback >Error report).
