Galaxy MDear Team,
I bought this Samsung Galaxy M31 last year in the month of July 2020.
Due to work from home I left for my village in Uttarakhand. There I keep facing the problem of phone getting rebooted every 2nd day.
As being a remote hilly area i was not able to find any service over there (Khaproli village, Pauri garhwal).
The rebooting issue is reoccuring every hour. I visited the Samsung service centre and they suggested for change in Mother board, which they charge for Rs. 7500.
If this issue is there from last one year, and its a known issue that re occur then why to charge for a replacement.
We are not a rich guy who keeps changing the mobile every now and then.
Being a big follower of "Make in India" initiative I have preferred to buy Samsung mobile for everyone. But this issue is disappointing me a lot.
The amount for changing the mother board (which is a known fact even for the Samsung team) they should have charged a minimal amount so that it can be replaced and company reputation and popularity doesnt gets effected.
Requesting Team to consider this and revert positively.
Thanks and Regards

Galaxy MSamsung just doesn't want to resolve or look into this. Its clearly their mistake which occurs right after an update (and will not able to downgrade to an older version even from service centre). The only solution is to replace the motherboard according samsung.
Never choose samsung again.

Galaxy MThis issue is with every Samsung Device.
So my suggestion never choose Samsung Again. Samsung is better in running and gaming. But users facing many problems with there M series. There are HUAWEI and OPPO are not facing this type of issue.
