Actually i want to shoot my photos in raw mode but i am very disappointed when i saw that samsung hadn't provided this feature in Samsung Galaxy M20. I want to notify samsung about this problem.
I have maked a hope in my heart that in the next update they will provide me that feature.
Samsung M20's Exynos 7904 1.8 Processor and Camera does not support Shooting Raw Mode Photos, but you can try using a custom rom as custom rom firmware often allows support for Raw Mode, 5Ghz, Slow Mo, Time Lapse and More if the feature is unavailable in the phone's processor.
No I don't think it'll ever come to ur device as it's a feature reserved for premium devices,.
But you could always download "Gcam port " from XDA developers website/ or other site for ur phone model or try many port apps suitable for ur device, it does have an option to capture RAW files.
