Hi,

When I press the volume keys while on the lock-screen, nothing happens.

Is there any way to control the volumes from the lock-screen (without the use of any third-party app)?

Thanks!

It is because of security of your device . If your device is stolen or just droopped at a public place the thief could not mute the ringer .

It works only if you open the power button menu in lockscreen.
