Please reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time also optimize your's device in device care too also clear catche of all apps manually also register your fresh fingerprint again then try to it's again. Try device diagnostic, check if your device recognises the problem.

If your Samsung phone's fingerprint scanner isn't working, try restarting your device, ensuring the sensor area and your fingers are clean and dry, and checking for any screen protector issues. If that doesn't help, consider removing and re-registering your fingerprints, or updating your software.

Or try this options:

1) Clean the sensor area
2) Restart your device
3) Check your screen protector
4) Remove and re-register fingerprints
5) Check for security policies
6) Update your software
7) Your last resort (Factory Reset)
