Problem with Recycle Bin

Even though I have completely cleaned up the Recycle Bin but still they are showing 65.48 KB left. But the entire Recycle Bin is empty but still they are showing up this data. Is anyone else facing the same problem just like me?

Then try reset all settings, after doing that tell me what happens

Then you can opt for factory reset but everything will get deleted, so back up those first then go for it
