After the June and August month update on M30S , phone hangs frequently and when clicking videos from my files, it goes to internal storage options and still not opening the file. Have to long press for option. Many people phone dead after update, I haven't updated after that. Please fix it .

This problem I also faced and fixed it.

"Goto settings > general management > reset > reset all settings " it will restart your phone.

These simple steps are very helpful. I'm sure your all problems will be fixed.

Thank you for your suggestions, it will reset everything which means I have many paid app logged on... also reset account... How will it affect...

Nothing will affect your apps or accounts, only your feature settings will be default. You can reset your settings. It's safe. 👍

Accounts means all accounts samsung, Google, Whatsapp, Telegram etc...

Did it but problem not got fixed. How will Samsung come to know these problems we discuss. If there is any response from their side, we can understand that the point is noted.
