PowerOff issue!

My device behaving abnormal since 2 to 3 days, it's getting switchoff when I'm using it unnecessary and not only this it won't get restart unless i press power and vol down together otherwise it display samsung logo for long time!

Anyone know the solution please help thrufh commenting I'm irritated with this bug

go to device care click on 3dot go to advanced unselect auto restart
