Popup View M51

I have the M51 and got a whatsapp notification. As soon as I clicked on it, it opened in Popup View. I was on another app at the time?

A bug of some kind?

Its on bubbles and whatsapp doesn't support them as far as I know.

I don't think its a bug, as you have selected floating notifications, that's why (bubbles also open in the same way)
