Phone Hanging on Gmail and Google Pay Apps in Samsung m31

Dear Friends, 

Recently, I have purchased Samsung m31 on august 1 week. Almost 3 weeks is gone.  Now I am getting issues while opening the Gmail and Google pay application. It is hanging up.

Anyone, please help me how to resolve this.

no problem using gmail but don't know about the pay because i don't use it

Hey, update your apps on the play store as we Samsung users have Exynos processors so the fully optimized version comes late
