PROBLEM WITH GALAXY M42

m facing this typical sound issue. Whenever I am calling(voice/video) on M42 using speaker, the voice is not clearly audible to the calling person but whereas When i am speaking on mic(keeping speaker off), then it is clearly audible to the caller. Even while talking on speaker from few cms away, voice is getting cracked as received by the caller everytime.

The device fails to recognize and capture kids voice completely. Please help.

Did all the suggestions. Problem still persist. It’s system failure of Samsung M42. Please replace it or will have to go  consumer court

I also just bought New phone M42 for my wife in last week, I am also having the same issue the person on other side cant hear when my kids speak. please fix it as soon as possible

My M42 handset is not capturing my kids voice. I have been using it from last 3 months and it failed to capture kids voice always whenever we are on speaker mode. We noticed this fault in many application like WhatsApp, Duo, Skype or any other video/voice calling app. Even, we noticed when we make regular call.

Please note there is no problem with Adult voice but seems it consider kids voice as noise and cancel it. We are facing lot of trouble as kids are unable to take online classes and talk to relatives.

Please provide the fix as early as possible. There are many people who are facing it .

I had bought this phone for my mother. Microphone is not working properly. People over call cannot hear my voice clearly both in speaker and speaker off. Please help, it's really troubling her.
