Galaxy MDear Samsung Support Team,
I am experiencing a persistent overheating issue with my Samsung Galaxy M35 whenever I connect to the internet or plug in for charging. I have already tried all possible solutions, including:
✔ Closing background apps
✔ Using the original Samsung charger
✔ Avoiding usage while charging
✔ Updating software to the latest version
✔ Reducing network load
Unfortunately, despite these efforts, the issue remains the same. The phone becomes uncomfortably hot, affecting performance and usability. This is a serious concern, as excessive heating may impact battery health and overall device longevity.
I kindly request Samsung’s technical team to look into this issue and provide an effective solution. If this is a software-related problem, please address it in an upcoming update. Otherwise, I would appreciate further guidance on resolving this matter.
Looking forward to your prompt response.
Best regards,
Md Abrarul Haque
