Order delay

I ordered the S21 ultra through you and other accessories, the phone took a long time it about 5 weeks. I received the phone on Feb 16th super delivery delay, but I haven't received other accessories. this order supposed to be a valentine's day gift. I'm not satisfied with how Samsung treated this time
