OS update problem

Hi guys, 

I have updated latest os pie to my new mobile Samsung M20.
Steps I followed..
1) I have updated all apps
2) updated to new OS

After updating to new OS, am seeing many applications are duplicate .
Applications like Google play store,  settings, phone, Facebook etc.

Please help me to resolve this issue  asap.

These are dual apps. Go to Settings>Advance Features>Dual Messanger and then deselect all.

Factory reset your device.

If it not slove 

Go to settings.adance features..dual massager and unselect all the things.
