Why are you not give to j4 plus customer

Samsung are promise to own  customers to give to two year OS updates but j4 and j4 plus is recieved on one's time update this is only android 9 pie

But second update is 10 not for this android 10

i have also a M10,and my two friens also have M10...totally irritating this has been..only one device will skiped that is M10..M10 only got one major OS update then why it can't for M10...A10,A10s,M10s also provided for Android Q but not for M10😑😑😑😑😑🙏🙏
