Notification settings

When selecting a notification tone in the settings, it is not applied to all the app's sub settings. For example my youtube app the subscriptions notification sound is set to none but ther notification sounds are set as I did in the general sounds settings. Also it annoying that I have to access vibration settings for the notifications by going into each app's information and each of its sub notification settings to access it. There is no common settings area to do this. Samsung please solve this issue.

No. I am talking about notification sound and vibration for different apps. See in the photos for youtube there are different notification types. I have gone into livestream to manage it notification setting for livestream. Like this I have to go into each and everything to dissable vibration for each the of notification. Also in livestream the notification sound is different and in subscription the sound is different. So if I have to disable vibration for all my notification I will have to go into all my 40 apps one by one, and in the access each type of notification settings to disable vibration
